Cloncaia Customization Policy

 

Here at Cloncaia, we specialize in making personalized gifts while using photos, names, dates and custom messages. 

Our customers provide their customization requirements to the product listing in an order. Great products are highly functional but also carry emotional value as they are customized with care, in our view.

At Cloncaia, we personally create every design and handle all aspects of customization — from reviewing your photo or message to editing and ensuring it matches your order specifications. We then manage the full creative and customer service process to ensure designs, customization per the order is accurate, compliant with the order, is quality assured, order tracking & customer support. Each order is custom made and full control of the customer experience by us is necessary to ensure the process is effective. We do use third-party partners who we trust, are internationally recognised for printing and shipping. 

 

The design process, customization process is all human led please note. 

 

Personalized gifts are a people oriented business please note, and each gift has the human hand and has to he directed by us to ensure the customer gets what they order as expected.

What We Customize

We customized the following on our products :

  • Names (First names, surnames, nicknames, initials)
  • Dates (Birthdates, anniversaries, milestones, etc.)
  • Custom Messages 
  • Photos (Personal photos, family images, pets, drawings)

Ordering Process 

Once the order is made, the order details are automatically sent to our customization team to : 

  1. Review Customers Order Specifications  
    You provide your desired customization text or upload your photo(s) on the product page or during checkout.
  2. Our in-house team Assesses & Plans the Customization Orders processWe have to check the order specifications and assess order requirements, information per order reviews, photo(s) reviewed and assess matching this to the customers expectations per the order. We have to check :
    • Text formatting and placement
    • Image resolution and print suitability
    • Spelling errors or layout issues
    • Overall design balance
    • Number of words, letters
    • Caps or no caps
  3. Order Processing Activation, Quality Check & Approval
    After the initial design is prepared, it is internally reviewed to ensure it matches your submitted information and meets our product quality standards.
  4. Printing & Fulfillment
    Once approved, your design is sent to our production partners for printing or engraving. The item is then packed securely and shipped directly to the address provided in the order. 

 

Important : Our Photo Guidelines

To ensure the best print quality, please follow these guidelines when uploading photos:

  • Use high-resolution images (at least 1000px wide)
  • Avoid blurry or dark photos
  • Ensure its either day time or a well lit for a photo
  • Photos should not contain offensive or copyrighted content
  • We don’t print offensive material, racist material etc.

We may contact you if a photo doesn't meet our standards or if we foresee print quality issues.

 

Customization Limitations

Please take note:

  • We do Not print or fulfil orders for profanity, hate speech, or offensive content.
  • You will receive a refund for an order of this nature.
  • Custom designs that infringe on copyright or trademarked material will be rejected.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any customization that we believe is inappropriate or violates our store policies.

Changes or Edits After Ordering

  • If you made a mistake in your customization (e.g., spelling, wrong photo), please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order.
  • After that, your order may already be in production and we cannot guarantee changes.
  • Sizing issues for apparel if incorrect size was selected

However, if your product arrives damaged, with a printing error, or not as described, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.
