Cloncaia Refund & Returns Policy

At Cloncaia, all products are made to order with care and attention. Because of this, returns are not accepted for change of mind. However, we want our customers to be happy, and we provide refunds or replacements if there is an error on our part or if items are defective during shipping.


When Refunds or Replacements Apply

We will work with you if:

  • The item received is different from what was ordered.
  • The uploaded photograph, name, or custom text was not correctly produced on the item.
  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@cloncaia.com.
  2. Include a clear photo of the item and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
