At Cloncaia, we take pride in creating high-quality, personalized gifts. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
Returns Window
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- This policy applies to customers in the United States, Europe, and worldwide.
- Note: Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind, incorrect size, shape, or color.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or missing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:
- Email support@cloncaia.com with a clear photo of the item and a short explanation of the issue.
- Our team will evaluate the problem and offer:
- A replacement item or
- A refund to your original payment method.
If an order is missing, we may offer a replacement or a monetary refund if you do not want to wait for a replacement.
Return Process
- Customers must contact us before returning any items. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- The returned item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With tags and in the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
- For international returns, shipping may take longer due to distance and customs.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
- If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
- Items must meet the same condition requirements as above (unworn, unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact support@cloncaia.com.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
