At Cloncaia, we take pride in creating high-quality, personalized gifts. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and this policy explains how returns and refunds work.


Returns Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • This policy applies to customers in the United States, Europe, and worldwide.
  • Note: Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind, incorrect size, shape, or color.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or missing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:

  1. Email support@cloncaia.com with a clear photo of the item and a short explanation of the issue.
  2. Our team will evaluate the problem and offer:
    • A replacement item or
    • A refund to your original payment method.

If an order is missing, we may offer a replacement or a monetary refund if you do not want to wait for a replacement.


Return Process

  • Customers must contact us before returning any items. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • The returned item must be:
    • In the same condition as received
    • Unworn or unused
    • With tags and in the original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • For international returns, shipping may take longer due to distance and customs.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
  • Items must meet the same condition requirements as above (unworn, unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact support@cloncaia.com.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We comply with all applicable laws regarding returns and refunds.
