When our customer places and order, our in-house team reviews your customization details, whether this is a Name, Initials, Date, Custom Message, Photo. We ensure the order requirements will be met before it is sent to our trusted production partner where it is printed with precision, quality checked, then packaged and sent directly to your door.
Can I chose the Text for the Custom Hat ?
Yes.
This could be a Name of a loved one, a special message you want printed to the hat etc.
You should be able to see a preview of your order before you buy on the product listing.
Less is more in terms of the text. The less words you want printed to the hat, the more visible it will be on the hat.

Our beanie hats are the standard one size fits most, they are generous stretch.

How long does a Custom Hat order take ?
For the US – the timeframe for the pet to be drawn is 1-2 days and then order deliver is between the 2-8 days.
For rest of the world – the timeframe for the pet to be drawn is 1-2 days and then order delivery is between 2-8 days.
What are structed and then unstructured hats ?
A structured hat will have a more supportive front panel, it will be stiffer, harder to keep the shape of the hat.
Whats called an unstructured hat then has a more relaxed shape to it, so it can fit or confirm to each individuals head.
Shipping options vary by supplier. It's important to discuss shipping methods, costs, and delivery times before placing an order.
Can I return or exchange a custom hat order ?
We have a returns policy and want happy customers.

Screen Printing v Embroidery printing ?
The difference between the printing types is when its embroidered the design gets stitched to the hat. With screen printing then ink is placed onto the front panel of the hat.
Is there a Warranty or Guarantee for the purchase ?
If the customer receives a damaged item, it cannot be used it, we have a refund and returns policy.
