To ensure the best print quality, please follow these guidelines when uploading photos:
· Use high-resolution images (at least 1000px wide)
· Avoid blurry or dark photos
· Ensure its either day time or a well lit for a photo
· Photos should not contain offensive or copyrighted content
· We don’t print offensive material, racist material etc.
Crafted With Care
Each custom canvas is created using a cotton and polyester composite for a nice, textured finish that brings the photo to life. The canvas is stretched over a solid radiata pine wood frame, ethically sourced from FSC-certified renewable forests.
We use UL-certified Greenguard Gold inks, which are non-toxic, non-hazardous, and environmentally friendly. These latex inks ensure your photos are printed with clear & bold colours.
To provide stability and ease of display:
- Back hanging hardware is included with every canvas
- Soft rubber dots on the bottom back corners help the canvas sit perfectly flush against the wall
- Please note: Due to the handcrafted nature of each canvas, there may be a small size deviation of up to +/- 1/8" (3.2mm)
- They are ready to hang on arrival
Before shipping, each canvas undergoes a quality check—including alignment, color accuracy, material integrity, and personalization details—so you receive exactly what you ordered. When our customer places and order, our in-house team reviews your customization details, whether this is a Name, Initials, Date, Custom Message, Photo. We ensure the order requirements will be met before it is sent to our trusted production partner where it is printed with precision, quality checked, then packaged and sent directly to your door.
