Our tea towels are made from 85% micro polyester and 15% polyamide (360 g/m²).

This blend is chosen for durability, softness, and excellent absorbency, making it both practical for everyday kitchen use and ideal for detailed printed designs.

Personalized Made to Order Custom Teatowel

Each personalized tea towel is made to order meaning once the customer uploads the Name to the product listing they want printed on the tea towel, the production process will then start and the persons Name will be printed to the tea towel and then delivered to the customer.

When our customer places and order, our in-house team reviews your customization details, whether this is a Name, Initials, Date, Custom Message, Photo. We ensure the order requirements will be met before it is sent to our trusted production partner where it is printed with precision, quality checked, then packaged and sent directly to your door.

How long does an order take ?

For the US – the timeframe is 2-8 days.

For rest of the world – 2- 30 days.

Can I get a preview of the order before I buy ?

Yes, once you upload the Name you want on the product listing, you will see a live preview of your personalization before completing your order.

Can I return or exchange a custom tea towel order ?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This returns policy is valid for the United States, Europe and worldwide.

What way are the designs printed to the tea towels ?

Generally for all printing for tea towels it is either DTG ie direct to garment printed or embroidery.

Can I add a Photo of the tea towel ?

This can be done. We will be adding this option to our catalogue. In the meantime email us with your request and we will see if we can help.

Are custom tea towels washable ?

We recommend machine wash separately: cold (max 30C or 90F), gentle cycle; Do not bleach; Line dry; Iron, steam or dry: low heat; Do not dryclean.

Can I get handwritten notes printed to the tea towels ?

Yes, handwritten notes can often be printed onto the tea towel.

Please email us at support@cloncaia.com with a clear image of the handwriting and the number of words. Our team will review your request and confirm what is possible before production begins.

We would need to see the number of words first you want to have printed to the towel.

What are the size of the tea towels ?

We have one standard size being 16″ × 25″ (40.6cm × 63.5cm) as we don’t feel it necessary to have multiple sizes for this item.

Is the design printed on both sides of the tea towel ?

No, it is printed on one side ie the front side.

Custom tea towels are tailored with the recipients name or a special photo or a handwritten note. They have sentimental value, are practical and don’t break the bank.

They can be one gift to gift to a Mom etc. on a special day.
