Our customers chose treasured photo for a polyester pillow, choose a funny quote or message of love for a ceramic mug, select a name or initials for personalized jewelry – they start the personalization process on the product listing, see the completed order preview then purchase or not.
Step 2 : Design Preparation and Production
Once an order is placed, the design team prepares the artwork based on the customer’s personalisation. This may include adjusting image quality, aligning layouts, and preparing files for production.
Each item is produced individually to match the customer’s specifications.
The process changes with the product type but here is more detail about other products :
· Ceramic mugs – We use Dye sublimation and UV printing produce so there is long lasting results.
· Polyester tote bags our tote bags are 100% polyester body, strong and durable synthetic fabric that retains its shape and dries quickly. We use vibrant dye sublimation printing
· 100% cotton twill hats are embroidered by our designers, with names, initials etc.
· Stainless steel tumblers personalized gift designs are prepared with sublimation and uv printing. Manual cutting, printout positioning on the product, heat transfer, removal of extra tape is all used in this design process.
· Canvas products – the best resolution for canvas prints is 300 DPI. We use one of two color models for printing ie RGB or CMYK.
· Personalized jewelry is engraved, stamped, or laser-cut with a Name, Initial, the Message. This is all done with precision and focus.
