In March last, our customer Shannon ordered our Personalized Cat Portrait Necklace.

She uploaded a photo of her late cat Frank and wanted a necklace with a portrait of Frank to keep close to her. Our designers got to work, bringing the photo image to life by designing a portrait of Frank which brought out his personality and likeness.

We got a message from Shannon a week later  :

‘’I love the design, thank you so much. It looks just like him’’.

Then 3 months later she decided to get a portrait image of Frank on a canvas print and she got a fathers day personalized gift of customized golf balls separately. She appreciated our work and we were very happy to serve her. 

We like to think as Shannon got meaningful gifts, something that means something to her, the fact she was happy with our end product, means she will remember us when a friend asks her what to get a loved one or if she wants to get a gift again.

In essence a loyalty loop is created and we turn Shannon to a fan. We have to honor this deal and at the next purchase, satisfy the customer each time and this is the loyalty loop which goes both ways.
