You need to find a retailer who providers personalization. An big box retailer or a local retailer will generally anyhow not personalize it for customers.
Online you will find retailers that deal with personalization such as on etsy, amazon and through google search.
How do you personalize an apron ?
For the customer, they go to the product listing, chose the Name ( for Name personalization ) they want on the apron, Enter the Name, do an order Preview, and make the purchase if they are happy. With a preview you will know what to expect.
Are they machine washable ?
Our aprons are machine washable cold (max 30C or 90F); Do not bleach; Do not tumble dry; Iron, steam or dry: low heat; Do not dryclean.
What is the Material ?
100% polyester.
How long does it take to receive a customized apron in an order ?
For the US – the timeframe for the pet to be drawn is 1-2 days and then order deliver is between the 2-8 days.
For rest of the world – the timeframe for the pet to be drawn is 1-2 days and then order delivery is between 2-8 days.
Can I order a matching apron for a family member ?
Yes, if you want the first names or family name on the apron we do this.
Can I put a design I give you on the apron ?
If you email us with the design image on a png, jpeg etc we will check this for you.
If the design fits good then yes.
Is the Apron well made ?
Yes, the apron is also sewn with an overlock, making the seams strong and long-lasting.
What size is the apron ?
77cm in length.
70 cms in width.
What if I'm not happy with the customization?
Email please support@cloncail.com we will asses what the problem is. There is a preview before the order is made. We have a returns policy, exchange policy and work with customers to provide helpful customer service. If the customer has just their mind, this we do not resolve for them.
